Problem Note 55980: SAS® Enterprise Case Management displays a system error when you unlock an alert

When you unlock an alert that has already been unlocked by another user, SAS Enterprise Case Management might display the following error message:

An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the application has been notified.
